School Books for Ghana

6th Class gathered school books that we no longer use, to donate to Ghana. This is a wonderful initiative and it is great to see our old books being used by those less fortunate 

 

Going For Gold- Cancer Awareness

The children and staff presented Sarah with a cheque with a donation towards her charity work with The Repunzel Foundation and The Little Princess Trust. Well Done to Sarah. 

 

We thank Mùinteoir Leanne who was with us for 3 weeks. We look forward to hearing of the new arrival .

School visitors

Sandra visited the school along with her horse Skye & her dog Turnip. They were passing through Ballycroy while doing a fundraiser walk along the Wild Atlantic Way and came to say hello the children.

Back to School

We welcome all our pupils and parents back to a new school year.

 

 Erris Cross Country

Well done to all the children who took part in the Erris Cross Country on Tuesday, September 16th in Belmullet. We are so proud of the huge effort everyone put in. Congratulations to Elena and Conall who won medals and will represent Erris and Drumgallagh N.S at the Mayo Finals in October. 

Hurling

The Senior Room children had a great day at Blitz na gCamán, the 5-A-Side National Schools Blitz, which was held at Cill Chomain GAA Club in Glenamoy on Tuesday, June 10th

They participated in the mixed team division and performed wonderfully in their first ever hurling tournament, winning 2 games, drawing 1 and losing just 1.
